Welcome to Mechanic4Me. By booking our services, visiting our service center, or using our website/mobile app, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Services

  • Mechanic4Me provides car maintenance, repairs, detailing, diagnostics, and related automotive services.

  • Specific services and costs will be confirmed during booking or at the time of inspection.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Services can be booked through our website, mobile app, phone, or at our service centers.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Mechanic4Me reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen events, with prior notice where possible.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Estimates provided before service are approximate and may vary based on inspection or additional work required.

  • Customers will be informed before any extra work or charges are undertaken.

  • Payment must be made in full upon service completion.

  • We accept cash, cards, UPI, and approved digital payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Parts & Warranty

  • Only genuine or equivalent-quality parts are used.

  • Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

  • Mechanic4Me provides a limited warranty on labor/services performed, details of which are shared at the time of service.

  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or modifications outside our service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details of your vehicle (make, model, registration, service history).

  • Ensure the car is in a safe condition for servicing.

  • Remove personal belongings before handing over the vehicle, as Mechanic4Me is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the car.

7. Roadside Assistance & Towing

  • Roadside assistance and towing services are subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on distance, type of vehicle, or service required.

8. Liability

  • While we take utmost care of your vehicle, Mechanic4Me is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, natural disasters, supplier delays).

  • Vehicles are covered under standard garage insurance while at our facility, but we are not responsible for external damages occurring outside our premises.

9. Privacy & Data

  • Your personal and vehicle information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to such use of your data.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kolkata, West Bengal.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
