Return & Refund Policy

At Mechanic4Me, we are committed to delivering professional car care and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request refunds or returns for services and parts purchased from us.

1. Service Refunds

  • Advance Payments: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Service Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with our work due to proven negligence or incomplete service, we may re-perform the service free of charge or provide a partial/full refund upon review.

2. Parts & Product Returns

  • Eligibility: Only unused, unopened, and undamaged spare parts purchased directly from Mechanic4Me are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Installed Parts: Once installed, parts are non-returnable, unless they are defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Oils, lubricants, filters, cleaning products, and consumables cannot be returned once sold.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exclusions

Refunds/returns are not applicable for:

  • Services were performed as per the agreed job card and signed approval.

  • Wear and tear of parts after usage.

  • Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers, traffic, or natural events beyond our control.
